Although you can feel yourself loosing it when driving at lower speeds in accordance with turning and acceleration in specific situations.

I look forward to playing the final game in professional then, as I prefer the somewhat slidier nature of previous Gran Turismo's. The normal mode did fell somewhat more restrictive for my aggressive driving style in these games.David Biertonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01348518903989975783noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8162373785003388629.post-79225625394144574402010-10-04T10:12:06.306+01:002010-10-04T10:12:06.306+01:00Very good in-depth post about the graphical qualit...Very good in-depth post about the graphical qualities of GT5.
Althought I am with Leonardo; Professional = more realistic physics.Ringmasterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17576000094979760355noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8162373785003388629.post-45086144328911711622010-10-04T02:59:29.399+01:002010-10-04T02:59:29.399+01:00Hello. Thanks for the great review.

I believe there's something wrong when you talk about gameplay: "I simply kept the ‘standard’ setting as that seemed like the most obvious choice in best representing the feel the developers had intended for the game".

The feel the developers intended for the game is best represented by 'Professional' rather than 'Standard'. 'Standard' simplifies the way the car handles and is used by beginners. It makes the gameplay more arcade-like. Those who are really in the GT world drive in 'Professional', as that is the most difficult mode, where you can actually feel all the game has to offer in terms of realistic physics.Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12975749392891331074noreply@blogger.com
